1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Kervora Cloud website (kervora.co.uk) and set out the general operational principles under which Kervora Cloud provides independent AWS consulting services.

2. Scope of Services & Written Agreements

Information published on this website is for informational purposes and does not constitute a formal binding offer or technical warranty. All professional consulting engagements, assessments, and remediation services are governed by separate, individually scoped written Statement of Work (SOW) documents agreed between Kervora Cloud and the client before technical work commences.

3. AWS Environment Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients retain full ownership and administrative control over their AWS environments at all times. Specifically:

• Clients are responsible for provisioning agreed least-privilege IAM roles or access credentials.
• Clients must never provide root account credentials or transmit sensitive secrets via unencrypted channels.
• Assessment services are read-only and non-disruptive; clients must explicitly authorise any configuration changes in writing prior to implementation.
• Clients remain responsible for maintaining independent production data backups and business continuity plans.

4. Technical Accuracy & Professional Standards

Kervora Cloud exercises reasonable skill, care, and diligence aligned with recognized AWS Well-Architected principles and industry best practices. Because cloud environments are dynamic and subject to ongoing vendor updates and client modifications, recommendations reflect the observed state of the environment at the specific time of assessment.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
