- Server Logs: Basic operational telemetry (such as IP addresses and browser user-agent headers) required for security protection, rate limiting, and spam defense.
Security Rule: We explicitly request that clients never submit passwords, AWS access keys, secret keys, or authentication tokens via our web form or unsecured email.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely for legitimate business purposes:
- To review and respond directly to your technical enquiry.
- To prepare scoped technical proposals and consulting agreements.
- To prevent fraudulent submissions and protect our infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your enquiries are transmitted securely using TLS encryption and processed through trusted infrastructure (including Amazon Web Services). We maintain strict technical safeguards and do not log sensitive personal form contents to public application logs.
