Kervora Cloud operates on a privacy-respecting foundation. We do not use invasive third-party cross-site advertising cookies, behavioral marketing trackers, or aggressive fingerprinting scripts.

We only use strictly necessary technical session cookies or local storage when required for the essential operation of the website, such as:

• Session & Security Tokens: Protecting our contact form against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) and automated bot abuse.
• Accessibility Preferences: Remembering system preferences such as reduced motion or high contrast styling where applicable.

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent because the website cannot function securely without them.

3. Third-Party Analytics

We currently do not run third-party tracking scripts (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) by default. If non-essential analytics are implemented in the future to understand traffic patterns, a genuine UK-compliant consent mechanism will be introduced to allow you to opt in or decline prior to any cookie deployment.
